Job Overview One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients is looking for Dentists to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. This is for their nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate is familiar with a range of treatment, and knowledgeable of growth and development as they will be responsible for providing a full range of dental services. They must communicate appropriately based on the age of the patient treated (majority children.) The Dentist will also monitor the quality of patient care through a peer review system, medical record quality, laboratory and x-ray usage, including pharmaceutical formulary and drug usage as needed. Additionally, they will supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and residents and assess their performance evaluations. Mobile Clinic: Van that goes to local schools and provides dental care for students. When schools are closed, the Mobile Clinic will go to adult centers. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM · Once a month, clinic does a Thursday till 7PM, and Friday till 1 or 2PM Requirements: · Valid unrestricted license to practice dentistry in state of PA · Evidence of current professional liability insurance · 3+ years in a clinical setting · Current certification in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) · Current certification in BLS (Basic life support) Plusses: · Current Conscious sedation (Nitrous Oxide sedation) - highly preferred · Experienced with Dentrix system Join our dedicated team where you can make a positive impact on the oral health of our community while advancing your career in dentistry!
