**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field and At least 10 years relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience related to utility cost analysis and/or demand analysis; or equivalent work in an outside firm or
+ Master's Degree MBA and At least 6 years relevant work experience.
**Preferred Education/Experience**
+ Master's Degree MBA and At least 6 years relevant work experience.
**Relevant Work Experience**
+ In-depth knowledge of utility cost-of-service and load research issues, required.
+ Must demonstrate leadership experience, required.
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, required.
+ Must have the ability to effectively interact with customers (both internal and external to the Company), support staff, various levels of management, and regulatory agencies, required.
+ Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
+ Must be able to transfer knowledge to peers and train staff, required.
+ Must have strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, required.
+ Experience with testifying before regulatory bodies, preferred.
+ Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, required.
+ Must have excellent project planning and research skills, required.
+ Must be able to work harmoniously with all department and Company personnel, required.
