Are you a seasoned professional in water and wastewater engineering in the Pittsburgh area or within a few hours drive looking for a leadership role? We're seeking a Water and Wastewater Department Manager for our office in Moon Township, PA, to lead a dedicated business line focused on water supply, sanitary sewers, stormwater collection, conveyance, and municipal services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and expand our role in western Pennsylvania while supporting project teams and our client base.
* Collaborate with other water-focused practices to share resources and best practices.
* Provide operational oversight, technical leadership, and strategic development.
* Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high standards of service.
* Lead strategic pursuits and develop technical and cost proposals.
* Mentor and develop engineering staff, providing training opportunities and career guidance.
* Flexibility to travel within western Pennsylvania and the Great Lakes region as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
* 10-15 years of experience in design and management of municipal, water, and/or wastewater engineering projects.
* Pennsylvania P.E. license or ability to obtain one.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven supervisory experience and ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid workplace.
