Job Description:

FeedbackNow has just spun out of a public company and is poised for accelerated growth. We are seeking an executive who can efficiently manage & execute on our current North American operations (installations, maintenance, service, inventory management, etc) and also strategically transition us into a higher growth model by finding strategic partnerships, developing advanced self-installation solutions, and creating different operational models for new products and verticals. This is a high-growth position for a cutting-edge company; urgency, accountability, and a can-do approach are must-haves. Travel is frequent; the right candidate will not be hesitant to get their hands dirty with on-site work, especially in the beginning

NYC or Boston-based preferred

Key duties will include:

Deployment:

  • Build a scalable, optimized & automatized hardware delivery model.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deployments.
  • Scale deployment functions through efficient client onboarding and training.
  • Create self-installation tools and streamline remote support.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party installers and maintain quality controls.
  • Implement cost-effective deployment and fast-track product adoption.
  • Implement process to control and measure deployment speed and efficiency.

Support / Maintenance:

  • Oversee client support requests, focusing on troubleshooting and replacement processes.
  • Establish scalable procedures for regular and on-demand maintenance services internally as well as with third party installers.
  • Optimize and implement processes for device maintenance cost control and reporting.
  • Develop proactive client communication tools to report malfunctions and maintenance needs.

Inventory Management / Forecasting:

  • Develop efficient supply chain coordination and optimization strategies with Sales and product development.
  • Design scalable and automatized warehousing and inventory management systems.
  • Improve stock tracking and reporting tools.
  • Oversee quality control, inventory maintenance, and local supplier sourcing.

A bachelor's degree & 10 years experience are strongly desired.

Location in NYC or Boston is preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right candidate.
