Deployment Technician

Job Summary:As a Deployment Technician on the AbeTech Services team, this position will be responsible for completing the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by the Project Management team. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Complete the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware as outlined in the documentation2. Proactively communicate to the Project Manager when issues, questions or concerns arise with deployments3. Work at a pace that enables work to be completed within schedule time yet ensure quality results4. Keep your workspace clean and organized5. Maintain AbeTech standard of 4-hour response to all tickets and communication6. Accurately enter time within ConnectWise as you progress throughout your dayRequirementsQualifications & Requirements:Education & Experience:

High School diploma

1-3 years of technical experience

Must be able to read and follow directions

Must be able to work in a team environment and independently

Skills:1. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments2. Strong written and verbal communication3. Above average technical aptitude4. Ability to assemble and present information clearly5. Ability to adapt to best practices6. Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities7. Have confidence under pressure8. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change9. Ability to stand/ be on your feet for up to 75% of the day
