The Deposit Support Processor II is responsible for ensuring all deposit accounts meet Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements and will communicate directly with customers and employees to resolve any issues and/or collect documentation related to CIP. Additionally, the Deposit Support Processor II will process transactions and complete maintenance requests on deposit products and will make general ledger adjustments to keep accounts in balance.
