  • Manage daily service line operations including development, execution, and management of Expresscare portfolio business cases, including tactical operational plans, technical and regulatory builds, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Implementing service line growth and development necessary to ensures strategic, operational and financial focus on growth, improving outcomes, clinical effectiveness and patient safety.
  • Contribute design and development of new programs and systems to improve the customer experience, create a persistent customer-first mentality across physical and digital channels.
  • Partner with vEC Medical Director and Associate Medical Directors for all activities related to patient care and medical staff management.
  • Partner with COO to manage key performance indicators for service lines and portfolio business cases including measures of process performance and programmatic outcomes.
  • Develop and explore testable hypotheses (i.e., reduce total cost of care, improve member outcomes, drive member satisfaction, etc.) in collaboration with core programmatic partners.
  • Identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities, analyze potential gains, prioritize and propose action plans and timeline to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with leading and managing change through influencing matrixed System resources to achieve system-wide performance improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting relationships and communication with other city and state agencies, offices, or members of government; community-based organizations; and other external stakeholders as needed, with seamless coordination with intergovernmental affairs and the press office
  • Responding quickly to unanticipated or urgent requests, providing consultation and direct support to relevant team members as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an approved School of Medicine and completion of an approved residency and Board eligible; and,
  • N.Y. State license; and,
  • Five years of full-time paid experience in a responsible medical and clinical administrative and/or managerial capacity; or,
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Health Care Planning, Public Health, Administrative Medicine, Business Administration, Public Administration or approved related program; and,
  • Eight years of progressively responsible experience in health and medical services administration, of which at least four yea

    • Strong leadership and change management skills including experience with clinical practice management
    • Provider management experience within clinical service line
    • Superior organizational, planning, and project management skills
    • Desire and ability to work with multiple stakeholders including business, clinical, and IT leadership
    • Excellent customer service and people skills
    • Strategy, Project Management, Healthcare Market Analysis, Telehealth and Other Healthcare Technologies, Healthcare Operations, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement, Risk
    • Management, Regulatory & Accreditation, Care Experience, Healthcare Administration, Data & Reporting, Policy, Leadership and Team Building.
