Now Hiring Experienced Patrol Deputies - Direct to Patrol Are you an experienced Patrol Officer or Patrol Deputy looking for a new opportunity? Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is seeking Patrol Deputies with A MINIMUM OF THREE YEAR'S PATROL EXPERIENCE to join our team.

PATROL WAGES

  • Wages may start up to $34.96/hour for qualified applicants with three year's appropriate experience, up to $38.76 with applicable additional experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Patrol lateral transfer candidates must have:

  • Certified Law Enforcement Officer through the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board.
  • Sixty (60) earned credits, must have three (3) continuous years of full-time, active patrol experience with a Wisconsin Law Enforcement Agency.
  • Successfully pass the Sheriff's Office background investigation, medical evaluation, drug screen, and psychological evaluation.
  • LESB certification.
