Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Must have FBM program experience. Must have lead large, complex teams.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Senior Deputy PM Engineer, you'll plan, authorize and monitor engineering work by managing a team of top talent. You'll work with a global platform partnership in ensuring the supportability of our SSBN fleet while keeping your team motivated and focused on project goals. What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Substantial leadership skills and proven team building and motivation skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
  • In depth knowledge of the broader FBM program and its vision
  • Ability to work across a matrix organization while building a strong and collaborative relationship with key partners
