This role involves formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to contractors. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.Functional Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in organizing, directing, and managing the day-to-day onsite operations, support, and maintenance functions.
- Formulate and enforce work standards.
- Assign contractor schedules and manage staffing levels.
- Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to contractors.
- Review work discrepancies and assist in supervising contractor personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.QualificationsMinimum Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or three or more years of experience in applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience providing products and services similar related to CJIS and TW 2.0
- Demonstrated skills in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives.
- Military experience is acceptable.
