CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support Defense Health Agency (DHA) Minimum Education: Master's degree. Commercial (Baseline) Certificates: PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager and COR, ITIL 4 Foundation. Experience in this Discipline: Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency. Functional Responsibility: Responsible for all areas of management for the entire contract. Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III, and may supervise others. Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups. Experience developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors' staff, and executing program / business plans. Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives. Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements.
