Assist and support the Program Manager in the day-to-day oversight and management of a 100 person multi-functional team's activities, schedules, and costs. Assist in coordinating all activities needed to include the timeliness, completeness and quality of problem identification, corrective action plans, timely identification of issues, effective/responsive management of subcontractors, customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior of contractor personnel. Provide demonstrated effective team management skills, and proficient levels of professional experience. Assist in monitoring contracted staff work progress, and build a trusting relationship with the government point of contacts. Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders. Provide timely and reliable reporting across all programs. Serve as the acting Program Manager during PM absences. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Minimum of 10 years experience managing programs.
