[ The Recorder's Office has an opening for a Full Time Deputy Recorder [Responsibilities include answering phone, greeting visitors, processing recorded documents, data entry, accepting payments, and other duties as assigned. [Successful candidates must have excellent customer service, communication, organization and computer skills. Must be able to work on a variety of tasks, and understand rules of confidentiality and public information. Must be comfortable working with the public. Ability to read and understand real estate legal descriptions would be helpful. [Pay range is up to $18.87 per hour, depending on experience.
