Job Purpose
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and empathetic Design Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and guiding the user experience of our products by planning and conducting various types of design research.
Together with the Design Director, you will develop and maintain a roadmap for design research activities in support of the product discovery process. You will plan and perform research activities to gather evidence to support design decisions.
Additionally, you will liaise with our Research & Insights team on research that supports longer term product strategy and the experience vision.

Salary Range: $115-125K base salary.
