NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY: Senior Designer , Self Care & Pain
Are you a highly collaborative and self-directed design professional with a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences? A global leader in the consumer health industry, dedicated to enhancing everyday health and well-being with a rich heritage and a portfolio of trusted brands, is seeking a Designer to join their team!
- 6-month contract with the potential to extend.
- Hybrid (may require occasional office visits in New Jersey).
- Contract on W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Self Care Design leads to maximize design value in the Self Care segment.
- Collaborate with the Self Care Marketing President to align business priorities with design projects.
- Track team progress against design OKRs and report to the Design Leadership Team.
- Manage portfolio by identifying and assigning resources to new project requests.
- Partner with the Brand Strategy Director to unlock meaningful brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to ensure brand execution excellence.
- Maintain high standards for brand foundation, guidelines, and executional guidance.
- Oversee agency executions and provide clear feedback and guidance.
- Liaise with other Self Care BDT leads for coherent support and consistency.
- Collaborate with Skin Health and Essential Health Segment leads for connectivity and consistency.
- Offer support and guidance to Self Care BDT Design leads as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in design, brand design, creative direction, brand strategy, packaging design, communication design, digital design, and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Mural.
- People leadership skills.
- Clear communication style and the ability to take initiative.
- An owner mindset with a proactive approach to developing brand content.
- Highly collaborative and capable of providing thought leadership.
