Currently, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our leadership team to work directly with our CEO and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
? An experienced, highly intelligent professional, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, with a passion for converting vision into results.
? Supremely organized, able to command a complex organization with many moving parts and pieces.
? Proactive and pragmatic, an adaptable, flexible, resourceful, mindful, and efficient doer.
? Familiar with the design world, having work experience in an agency environment, or in a related field. We work with graphic designers, industrial designers, architects, musicians, videographers, photographers, etc, so you should be able to speak their language.
? Highly professional in communication, attentive to email, Whatsapp, and video calls, possessing excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
? Highly discrete and trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information.
? A world traveler, comfortable with intensive travel schedules, meeting with VVIP partners, organizing and coordinating international work sessions and presentations.
? Nimble, even-keeled, comfortable under pressure.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Capability with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
? Preferably proficient in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, as we have a growing portfolio of clients in Asia.
? A Bachelor degree holder (or higher), with 7+ years relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
? Work directly with our CEO, bringing excellence and commitment to support our growing business.
? Track day-to-day operations of a mid-size company, helping leadership convert vision and direction into results.
? Forging and relationships with clients, business partners, vendors, and friends.
? Run projects and mission critical efforts, taking full ownership from start to finish.
? Manage our CEOs complex and busy calendar, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, making appointments, and arranging travel.
? Draft and manage entire documents including letters, spreadsheets, presentations, meeting notes and summaries, and maintain a suitable document management/retention system.
? Travel up to 50%
? Perform confidential and complex administrative duties.
? Complete action items in support of our CEO and other executives.
? Coordinate team development and social events, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the agenda, sort the logistics, ensure materials are prepared and sent in advance, and provide meeting support.
? Grow as an executive and a human being, gaining exposure to the highest echelons of the worlds of design, business, and culture.
Salary Range: $105,500 - $185,750, commensurate with experience.
This is an in-person, on site position.
