Job Description:
As a Designer, you will work on the visual development of creative campaigns, working closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers and producers. You will be responsible for crafting visually strong and consistent work that elevates the brand identity of DNY clients, resonates with consumers. This role requires both excellent conceptual and executional skills and requires you to be confident and proactive in launching,
Key Responsibilities:
- Has a distinct philosophy when it comes to design and their work.
- Brand identity creation and maintenance
- Asset development across a range of digital, social media deliverables and traditional deliverables.
- Extensive experience with website creation and development for both desktop and mobile.
- Production both working directly on and overseeing mechanicals, photo shoot and illustration production
- New business development
- And any other assigned duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a designer in an advertising agency or similar setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, with a focus on concept-driven work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
- Collaborate and also work independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality creative work under pressure.
Salary range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00; commensurate with experience.
