We are a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company operating in the sports nutrition and luxury beauty spaces, and we are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across various touchpoints. From packaging design to web graphics, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to the success of our new sports nutrition line and Shore Magic Collagen. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for design to every project they undertake.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and innovative packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand identity and product benefits for both Shore Magic Collagen and our new sports nutrition product line.
- Develop visually striking in-store end cap designs that captivate consumers and drive sales in retail environments.
- Design engaging web graphics that enhance the user experience and effectively communicate brand messaging across digital platforms.
- Conceptualize and design eye-catching displays and social media ads that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Develop Product Detail Page (PDP) designs that effectively showcase product features and benefits on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually impactful presentation decks for internal and external use.
- Contribute to photo shoots when necessary, ensuring alignment with design objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, web graphics, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Experience working in the consumer goods, supplement, or health and wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Annual salary rage is starting at $100,000
