We are looking for a Designer to design all visual assets for our campaigns—strong Photoshop/retouching skills and a motion background are a plus. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Designer is a full-time position that is based in New York City.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support Creative Directors in delivering on-strategy creative of the highest standard
  • Design polished visual assets (motion background is a plus) across all media and maintain branding for each account
  • Integrate designed creative across traditional, social and digital platforms
  • Contribute to conceptual ideas
  • Maintain quality control of all designs across campaigns.
  • Proofread all materials

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Film, Media, Communications, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role. Live entertainment background is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering dynamic creative (particularly utilizing Photoshop skills) and effective content.
  • Ability to work efficiently and drive productivity with a team.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator—additional experience that's a plus: After Effects HTML5, HTML E-Blasts, Sketch, Adobe XD.

  • A competitive salary between $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience
