**Description**

Abundant Life Towers II is in need of a detail-oriented part time Front Desk associate to play a vital role in welcoming residents and guests and performing key duties in the entrance and lobby of the community. Please only apply if you are able to do Monday 5pm -12:30pm and Thursday 5pm 12:30pm. Senior Living experience preferred.

Job Duties:

- greet guests and residents

- answer telephones

- assist with guests signing in and out of the building when visiting

- perform upkeep of entrance and front lobby; keeping it clean and tidy

- Keep log book of the events in the building, service calls, concerns for the office, or resident activities

-Take service calls and contact maintenance staff on call- light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

- must possess a valid MD drivers license in good standing

- ability to communicate with residents, guests and vendors in a clear, polite, respectful and professional manner

- physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- prior front desk experience would be a plus
