Fully Cleared IT Operations/Availability Manager needed! Must have current polygraph to be considered for the job. FULL TIME, DAYS, Monday - Friday Deploying End-User Devices. Techs must already have the following: An active Sec+ certification A working knowledge of Service Now / or similar ticketing system. Must be willing to travel for short and long term durations. -Troubleshoots, repairs, and tests computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. -Installs and configures computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. -Assesses and documents current site configuration and user requirements. Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen for the contract. High School/GED with seven (4) years of experience. Associate's Degree with 2 or more years' experience. BS and no experience. Equivalent education and experience: Associates degree and four (4) years of experience or BS degree and two (2) years of experience.
