Position: Deskside support engineerLocation: NYC , NY (Onsite)Long term contract Job DescriptionCandidate must have 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience to support the End User ServicesShould be customer centric and understand the Service Desk (SD) support function. Worked in the SD support function will be preferred.Candidate should be proficient in written and verbal English to provide the required IT services.Candidate must be ready to provide the support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support, as needed.Resolve Incidents and Service Requests tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, provide break/fix support, advice and assist to Customer Users, as needed.Provide equipment and hardware support including laptop, desktop devices, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.Mobile Device Management provides support to mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations.Leverage Customers.EUC Mobile Device Management Tools to enable secure and remote support and operations.Certification: Any relevant certification (Preferred).Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
