Job DescriptionProvide Windows, software, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environmentStage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following best business practicesConfigure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio/ visual equipmentTroubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivityFollow appropriate KB articlesManage workload via ticketing softwarePrioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervision Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Smart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groupsInventory management of IT assets including asset auditingOther duties as assigned Requirements1 year onsite or helpdesk support or equivalent experienceExcellent troubleshooting capabilityAbility to maintain composure while handling challenging, dynamic, rapid-response supportExperience with Microsoft Office/ Office 365 suiteAbility to walk, bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift equipment up to 50 poundsMaintain neat and professional work area and appearance in compliance with site policiesDemonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMaintain valid driver s licenseAbility to pass standard panel drug screening and background checkAdhere to assigned shift schedule What you'll getWork with brilliant minds, often within a global capacity;Comprehensive Benefits package that includes 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental and vision insurance, and much more;Opportunity to participate in professional development eLearning programs within the Stefanini University, and other virtual training as well.
