About this Role
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting 6-month opportunity to work in a client-facing role supporting a large-scale technology refresh project. You will address computer hardware and software issues, assist with PC deployments, and manage asset records in a hands-on, walk-up style IT Clinic environment. This role provides a chance to showcase your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with client hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
- Install, remove, and configure hardware and software as needed.
- Manage asset records accurately using the ServiceNow platform.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Relevant technical certifications (preferred).
- Working knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to resolve various technical problems.
- Ability to work on moderately complex projects and identify practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to deliver high client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
