Job DetailsMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.MIS Technology Group is an MSP that provides support to schools, local government, and healthcare.***Not a work from home job***This is a FIELD SUPPORT position***Mid-Level Computer and network support positionWe believe someone with 3-5 years of experience would be a good fit.Provide ONSITE service to render assistanceProvide resolution to all desktop/laptop support requests (Phone, Email, Onsite)Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and resolve all customer desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printer/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipmentProvide Basic Active Directory administration (user related login, password, ID lookup)Troubleshoot and service basic networking componentsUpgrade existing customer hardware and softwarePro-actively manage the case management systemImplement solutions with proper documentationAbility to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely mannerWe have an escalation team that is designed to support field supports various needsRequirementsKnowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and common softwareExcellent communication (written and verbal), troubleshooting and analytical skillsDemonstrated patience and overall courteous behaviorDemonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal orientedAbility to perform without direct supervisionTrack time associated to work orders and maintain case loadOptional QualificationsAny certifications but ideally A+, Network+ and ready to start the material and training below.What we want is to take someone who has good intermediate skills so we can train and grow this person into a Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate - Certifications | Microsoft Learn
