Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ticket management
- Documentation Creation and updates of SOPs
- Access management of company in-scope applications
- This includes granting/modifying/disabling access
- Process Onboarding/offboarding
- Shared Mailbox management
- Providing evidence for audit requests
Skills:
- SOX, PWC, Audit, compliance experience
- Process improvement experience (agile, scrum, lean, ITIL, green belt, etc.)
- Very organized
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail as all the work from this group is audited and any mistakes could be a big deal
- Active directory
- Windows 10
- Microsoft office/O365 experience
- Powershell experience not needed but would be great to have
