As a Desktop Support/Audio Visual Specialist, you will act as a liaison between executives and the IT Org.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a **Desktop Support/Audio Visual Specialist.** This position will be **full-time** and **onsite** in San Jose, CA.

**What You'll Do**

+ Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

+ Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience

+ Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise

+ Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools as needed

+ Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and report any defects or issues to the development team promptly

+ Possesses technical acumen to independently navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Collaborate with the IT department when necessary to address more complex technical challenges

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Technical proficiency with a willingness to expand knowledge as needed

+ Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism

+ 3 years of Desktop Support

+ 2 years of Audio Visual experience

+ Candidate must be comfortable and familiar with setup and troubleshooting of corporate conference room AV systems

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
