* 35% - Help Desk: Assist in ensuring that College of Health's (COH) School of Nursing's classroom, Simulation Labs, faculty/staff, and student technology equipment is repaired in a timely fashion during evening and weekend periods. Use help desk software that provides the means to log in problems and track them until resolved. Repair hardware as necessary and analyze/troubleshoot software as needed. Assist in the delivery of all COH technical support services including installation, maintenance, modification, and operating systems performance. Support hardware and software of single-use and multi-use University computers. Coordinate with the supervisor to provide end-user support of equipment and software. - (Essential)
* 20% - Adapt to evolving technology needs and assist with special projects as assigned. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT administrative policies and asset management for UKCOH/Nursing.
