Dell Hardware Knowledge Preferred

Techdirect Certification/maintenance of it will be job requirement.

Able to bend and lift IT equipment repetitively daily.

Ability to use small precision tools required for hardware repair.

Windows OS knowledge/troubleshooting a must.

Basic Software Troubleshooting

MACAndroid a bonus

Intune Experience Preferred

Powershell Experience Preferred

Desktop Support Engineer

* Passionate, Self-motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail, action-and-results oriented.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Desktop Support End to End.

* Produce and Edit Documentation.

* Support Users from Hire to Retire.

* Implement new Technologies in EUC space.

* Be a Team Player.

* Execute all tasks with highest level of quality and standards.

Base Salary Range: $ 60000 / Annum - $ 70000 / Annum
