Job Description:
Job Duties:
  • Prepares and schedules computer setup, configuration and delivery or replacement
  • Provides telephone, email and in-person technical assistance for day to day computer issues related to hardware and software
  • Diagnose and fix software and hardware malfunctions
  • Maintains asset inventory records for hardware and software along with license usage
  • Displays continuous improvement of current practices and procedures
  • Candidates must have the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. of equipment
  • Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the US
RequirementsAn ideal candidate would:
  • Have 2+ years supporting Windows 7, 8, and 10 in a corporate or small business environment
  • Be self-motivated and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, researching, and resolving computer issues
  • Possess strong customer service skills, and be able to converse well with both entry level employees and executives
  • Have experience creating and managing users and computers from Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Have a strong working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, as well as standard business software like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Have experience repairing Dell desktops and/or laptops
  • Have reliable transportation for very occasional offsite duties
Added Plus:
  • Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience with IP desk phones and softphones such as Cisco or Microsoft Teams
  • Have experience supporting multifunction and standard printers
  • Have some experience supporting Macs and Mac OSX
