Required:Monitoring level 1 support emails and delegating to front office and back-office support teams across all regionscreating and tracking incidents via service nowhardware ordering - responsible for receiving and delivering hardware.coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBMRMA requests with various vendorshardware inventorystockproject coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardwaresoftware rolloutsdesktop support with front-office and back-office staffcollaborate with large diverse teamsworkstation moves, adds and changesHighly motivated, energetic with great communication skillsAbility to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environmentRegular working hours vary between 6:30am - 6:00pm ESTKnowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and Trading desktop applicationsStrong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suiteKnowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPsITIL knowledge is a plus.
