  • 80%: Imaging Windows
  • 20%: Respond to Help Desk calls and tickets to resolve technical problems
  • Follow documented procedures and records activities properly in the Help Desk service management system
  • Prepare documentation for diagnosing and resolving new problems
  • Assist in the preparation of new procedures
  • Escalate significant incidents and provide periodic updates through resolution
  • Update system access rights on internally and externally operated systems
  • Support the setting up of access rights for new hires, transfers and returns from Leave of Absence.
  • Disables access rights for terminations and people going on Leave of Absence
  • Assist with replacing or repairing failed equipment from time to time
  • Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Required Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10)
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Intune
Additional:
  • Duration: 3-6 month contract opportunity
  • Location: 100% onsite in East Windsor, NJ office
  • Rate Range: $35-40/hr. W2 (based on experience)
