Job Description: As a Desktop Support, you will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfilment services (move, add, or change requests) for our client internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great customer service skills and a can-do spirit. Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centres at Client with over 6,000 users.
  • System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
  • Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
  • Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
  • Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
  • Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity)
  • Provide excellent customer support to Client employees.
Required experience:
  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technology and/or a minimum 1-3 years' recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise-wide internal Service Center environment.
  • A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired.
  • Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $18.00 to $25.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
