Role :: Desktop Support Location :: Farmington Hills, MI Duration :: Fulltime (W2) Job Description:: - knowledge in handling user tickets in Windows and Laptop issues and fix Installing and configuring the Printer and upgrading the local Windows patches through remotely and updating Virus scanner for all users by using automation
- Primary responsibility is to ensure the provision of a service to clients ensuring that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore service to clients by managing incidents to resolution
- Good knowledge in handling user tickets in Windows and Laptop issues and fix .
- Installing and configuring the Printer and upgrading the local Windows patches through remotely and updating Virus scanner for all users by using automation
