Job Title - Desktop Support Location - Titusville, FL (Onsite) Hire Type - Full Time (Permanent)Job description -
  • Minimum 5 years for Deskside support experience
  • Good networking skills and Customer focus attitude.
  • Good Problem-Solving skills
  • L2 Technical skills on troubleshooting on Windows 7 / 10 operating system issues.
  • Knowledge and L1/L2 Skills on Active directory and GPO troubleshooting.
  • Hardware troubleshooting on Laptops / Desktops / Docking stations etc.
  • Knowledge on Outlook, User profile issue, Mobile phone troubleshooting to Intune.
  • Knowledge on SCCM for OS Staging / Windows patches troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge on Wi-Fi access points.
  • Knowledge on Switches / Router installation.
  • Knowledge about cables patching and ports.
  • Knowledge on physical rack and stack of servers, network devices etc.
  • Knowledge on basic Unix skills.
  • Co-ordinate with Offshore teams for the L2/L3 tickets and backend team to resolve the issues.
