Required Skills & ExperienceRe-image Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops for replacement/redeployment (In-Office)Complete technical troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues in a timely manner.Update relevant IT ticketing system to record, technical steps taken and any complications.
