Job title: Desktop Support (On site)
Responsibilities:
* Use tools and processes to support end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, Apple devices, tablets, thin clients, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Handle stockroom of peripherals and laptops, providing quarterly audits and disposal as advised by the business
* Answering to customer inquiries and providing support at Tech Lounge.
* Solving computer issues and prioritizing customer inquiries.
* Installing new programs, handling updates and providing technical support.
* Hands and feet support for network, server and conferencing teams
* Installing, maintaining, and solve required client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely.
* Proven knowledge of Mac OSX and must have a minimum of 2 years Mac experience in an Enterprise Environment is required. Experience in Mac Operating system installation and
* Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools) preferred
* Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within SLAs, related to operations and end-user requests
* Experience with a ticketing system- ServiceNow
* Encouraged to have in-depth knowledge of the latest technology used in MacWindows computers and systems.
* Excellent analytical and customer service skills are required to understand the requirements of the clients and the problems arising in the systems.
* Must constantly update their knowledge and skills to complete job responsibilities efficiently.
* Analyze, fix and repair a wide variety of PC & MacOS problems related to hardware and software
* Assist in developing and recording improvements to current processes
* Provide technical support for events, video conferencing, and audio/visual setups.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The base annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $68,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
