As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop hardware and software issues at a single client site. Requirements •1+ years of experience in a desktop support role •Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications •Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory •Experience with remote access tools and remote support •Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional manner. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •IT Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are appreciated •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary.
