Deskside & Network Support Engineer
Albany NY
Hybrid - On call for 8 branches surrounding Albany NY
12 months (Possible conversion to perm)
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is Preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
The Network & Deskside Support Engineer will be responsible for onsite client support at 8-10 bank branches in the surrounding Albany NY area.
Provide user support for things like Office 365, hardware and devices, network operations, routers/switches/Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
Troubleshoot ATM's and other financial services hardware at bank branches.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with onsite Desktop, Hardware and Network support
4+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Deskside Support Technician, Hardware Support Technician
Experience with Office 365
Experience with Microsoft Servers and OS
Experience with IBM and Lenovo Hardware
Experience with Lexmark and HP Printers
Experience troubleshooting ATMS
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience working in a bank or financial services environment
