THE ROLE Based in our Rancho Cucamonga California warehouse, the Desktop Support Specialist offers first-level onsite and remote technical support for IT and applications to end-users spanning various regions and time zones, encompassing the USA, Central America, Asia, and Europe. This role demands exceptional communication skills and adaptability to cater to a wide range of user requirements and settings. Moreover, proficient problem-solving abilities coupled with a keen sense of urgency are essential to swiftly and efficiently address technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration tasks, including user provisioning, security settings, and license management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Provide on-site IT support for our warehouse operations, address warehouse-related onsite IT production issues, such as barcode scanners, printers, and warehouse/inventory management systems.
  • Work with People and Culture (HR) on Team Member onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, such as preparing and configuring new equipment for users.
  • Co-ordinate with external vendors on application software inquiries and maintenance.
  • Assist with basic scripting tasks, including Lunix and MS PowerShell
  • Handle basic Amazon Web Services (AWS) administration tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, experience with remote desktop support tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
  • Basic knowledge of database systems (MYSQL)
  • Familiarity with any Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MySQL administration is an additional advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach and mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
COMPENSATION The salary range for this position in most U.S. metro markets is between USD $50,960.00 and USD $71,344.00, with the anticipated hiring range from USD $50,960 to USD $61,152. Final salary will be based on a candidate's experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for health and welfare benefits, comprehensive time off programs, including vacation, sick leave, and floating holidays, in addition to other perks.
