Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications using various methods.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PC equipment and peripherals, including virus scanning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
- Set up and configure desktops, notebooks, printers for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with local Technology team for installations, training, and support.
- Provide audio/visual support for onsite and offsite events.
- Assist in configuring and deploying Apple DEP devices and personal mobile devices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- 2 years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
- 2 years of experience with notebook computers, preferably Lenovo.
- Experience with remote communications hardware and technical documentation.
