Systech Client is looking for Desktop Specialist
• Experience working with customers at tier 3 support level (or equivalent)• Experience configuring and troubleshooting virtual machines running Windows operating systems• Experience configuring and troubleshooting multiple Windows operating systems, including Windows, 11, 10, 7 and XP• Experience configuring and troubleshooting virtual networking with VMware Player• Experience with Microsoft management tools (Active Directory, Intune, etc.) within the Azure environment• Knowledge and awareness of IT security principles and practices, and a mindset to emphasize security throughout all job activities• Knowledge and/or experience with the operational technology (OT) environment a plus, including the equipment, applications and security• Possess strong written and verbal communication, and experience dealing directly with struggling customers• Possess a valid US driver''s license and the ability to travel 50-75%
