JOB PURPOSEWe are offering a full-time opportunity for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance at our Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices. This position will transition to being primarily based onsite in Miami once we expand our future headquarters at Block55.In this role, you will install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting end users and is computer-savvy. We are seeking candidates with strong MAC support skills and Windows desktop experience. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to give clear technical instructions.
