Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree,
- Location: Must be local; this is an in-person role.
- Technical Skills:
- MAC support experience.
- Windows support experience.
- 3+ years of general IT support experience at Tier 2 level or higher (solving issues, not just routing calls/tickets).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft applications.
- 3+ years of experience in applications troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience working with a service desk ticketing system, such as ServiceNOW.
