Job Summary: Provides application support to employees. Maintains personal computers and related hardware. Assists Network Engineers with installation of software and hardware. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred Dell certification: Preferred A+ certification: Preferred Essential Functions: Performs computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations. Monitors and controls computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor. Monitors hardware systems using operating systems utilities. Provides user support, training, and education. Ensures prompt, professional, and courteous response to requestors of computer services. Assists end users with problems and requests for information and equipment specifications. Installs and implements personal and network computer equipment. Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
