Desktop Support Technician Pay Rate $23/hr, paid weekly Duration: 3 months-Temp to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Clearwater, FL 33765 Job Summary: As a Desktop Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs. You'll work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter.
- Deskside support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks
- Comfortability providing hands & feet support for Server and Network is a plus.
- Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Drug-screen and Background screening
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
- Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Personable.
- Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers.
- Consultative approach to solving issues.
- Reliable transportation
