We are currently searching for a qualified **Desktop Support Technician** to join a large and successful company **onsite** in Parsippany, NJ.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
+ Trouble shooting both hardware and software
+ IMAC - receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown)
+ Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, tracking returns, and documenting everything in the ticket
+ Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ ServiceNow ticketing system experience
+ Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
+ Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
+ Supporting Windows 10
+ MS Office 0365 experience
+ Remote access experience
+ SCCM Imaging experience
+ Asset management experience
+ Must be detailed and process oriented
+ Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
+ Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
+ Must be professional, well spoken, good verbal and written communications skills
**$26.00 - $28.00 per hour**
