Job Description: Under general direction on assignments from KCPC Senior System Administrator, Provide technical support and issue resolution by phone using remote connection software or face-to-face providing the best Customer Service.
Associate's degree in computer science or related field. A minimum of 1 year experience in support of network and server systems. , A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred but not required. Good communication skills. Working knowledge of software packages especially Microsoft Word or Excel. Works well in a team/collaborative environment. Must have strong troubleshooting and problem determination skills as well as strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
