Our EUDR Program, an annual initiative, focuses on replacing business computers that are out of warranty and approximately 5 to 6 years old. This program was designed to ensure that our city is equipped with the right technology to meet new software requirements and to provide our staff with the tools they need to serve our customers effectively. This fiscal year, we are set to replace about 2,500 computers citywide. To achieve this, we are seeking 1 to 2 Desktop Support Technicians with experience in executing EUDR plans and handling any technical issues that may arise during the replacement process. - Supporting the operations of the EUDR Program
- Addressing technical issues during the computer replacement process
- Supporting stakeholders as needed to develop monthly updates and metrics
- Preparing for EUDR strategic topics reviews

- Experience in imaging computers
- Experience with Tanium (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate and build meaningful relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to support an IT team in daily operations and to achieve their organizational objectives
