We are currently searching for an Desktop Support Technician. This position is responsible for working with clients to understand and troubleshoot remote and on-site technical issues for basic desktop, network, printing and hardware. The incumbent will assess client needs and perform necessary recommendations as well as complete new user setups in environments such as Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and other related products. The hours for this position are Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM. VNET offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including:

• One year of more of experience with IT hardware and software or equivalent training in IT
• On-call participation
